Our dedication to our customers/dealers extends further than any other manufacturer of tower cranes.  Our personal relationships with our customer base makes us the most devoted tower crane manufacturer in the industry.  The more knowledgable our customer base is the more successful we all are.  We are on a first name basis with each and every customer we have to continuously maintain the best service in the industry.

To help build that relationship and keep up the best customer base in the market we recently held a Certified Technician Training Course at our Corporate Office in North Carolina.  The class was taught by two Certified Trainers flown in from our factory.  We had several new dealers in attendance as well as other customers that wanted to be more educated on the product.  The training took place the week of May 17th 2010.  We appreciate the support and participation that we received.
